This is a good medium priced hotel and our room was verry attractive both in furnishings and in having a balcony with a panoramic view.

The hotel was very convenient to the centre of Taormina and to paid secure parking though the hotel staff describe everything as '4 minutes walk' which is definitely not true. The hotel is on the side of the mountain with wonderful views but that means the walk to the centre of town is all uphill (about 10 minutes). The shuttle bus from the car park goes past the hotel but we didn't get a chance to ask if they would allow us to hop on or hop off at Hotel Natalina.

Great room, super tidy, and the bathrooms were spotless! the staff here is so friendly and welcoming, really made me feel at home 😊.

For longer stays a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor is a must because there is no view on the 1st level.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. Staff were polite and the hotel was delightful, it had unbeatable location very close to everything. Location: the venue was close to bus terminal, where are the buses for Etna trip, the bus station and beautiful Taormina. Pizzeria Pizza Mania was 500 metres away from the place.

The breakfasts here are so yummy and the food is really good. the room is cozy and the bathroom is nice and comfy. the staff know their stuff, which is great. 🔥

V. Nice hotel. A lovely location the best view from my balcony in any place I stayed on my trip to Italy. The squeezed orange juice and daily baked pastries were wonderful. Owner very helpful

The room is cozy and tidy, with efficient air conditioning and a balcony, plus the food is fantastic, especially the superb breakfast, and the service from the friendly staff is excellent.

Wifi is not so good - only close to reception, but not in the room. But manager (very hospitality man) offered a special drink and it was so kind, plus the breakfast is really nice.

I was pleased with my room's balcony and comfortable bed, and the staff was consistently fantastic.

Good location, in town. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful in arranging tour program.
